We will be meeting TONIGHT at 6pm to bag our amazing gourmet for the Farmers Market on Saturday, June 8th. We will be meeting at Veterinary Diagnostics Lab (marked with the "A") The address is 950 East 1400 North. The building is East of the teaching green house on 1400 north and on the south side of the road. The conference room in on the right as you enter the main doors. (See map below)
Also, if any of you will be around and would like to and be willing to help with the Farmers Market booth we need some help. If there are 4 to 5 of you willing to help it would be marvelous! We will be working the booth in a couple of shifts 8 to 11 and 11 to 1:30 to 2 (depending on take down). This will allow for the time to set up and take down. Our booth has to be ready to sell at 9 am and cant close/take down until 1pm. However if we sell out we aren't required to stay the whole time we just have to have a sign stating we sold out.
Also don't forget about the General Membership meeting on Thursday June 13th at 6pm at the same location. We will be voting in the new Board members.
